Originally built in 1879, Chorlton Old School replaced a smaller building from 1845, built by the Church of England.

its redevelopment will see it transformed into 4 four bedroom townhouses ,within a historic building in chorlton green conservation area 

d & m burgess have been asked to undertake all the joinery aspect of this project which includes the refurbishment of original windows to incorperate double glazed units.

installation of all doors and frames to interior of all properties

the installation of apx 350m2 of original oak parquet flooring in a herringbone pattern with two strip border

supply and fit new timber window  frames where required
